I have ordered part ( Siemens S120 drive) did the payment and they came back to me its out of stock now and found another one ( newer version) asked me to pay another €1500 and i paid and they claimed to be dispatched within 1-3 days and then they said that the country they have stock are in public holiday so another 3-4 days and asked them again another 2 days and still waiting to be dispatched. I cant trust them anymore so just be careful when you re dealing with them!!!

We understand waiting is frustrating — especially when rare Siemens parts don’t grow on trees 😊. The original stock became unavailable unexpectedly, and instead of cancelling the order, we went the extra mile to source a newer version so the customer could still receive the required part. The price difference was discussed and approved before proceeding. Unfortunately, supplier holidays delayed dispatch for a few days, which was outside our control. We always try our best to support customers, even in difficult sourcing situations.
