Incorrect color was shipped to me. I order gold logo but received the black logo bag. I didn’t return since it is ok bag but not the one I ordered

My shipping was canceled and I was never told about it and I kept calling the phone number and never got an answer!! Still haven’t received my package!!! Very poor customer service. I will NEVER order from here again!

The first day I received my merchandise I noticed it was defected. The Stitching on the bottom of the backpack was defective. I informed them the first day. This is the 3rd day. I’m trying to get the RMA number they want send it to me . Now I’m in a place where I’m ready just to file a claim. I’m so dissatisfied with customer service. The first thing they should’ve asked me what can we do to make it better.Do I want a replacement or not. No they want me to send pictures Of proof and evidence. I did that. I love this merchandise but it was defective. Now I’m so disgusted I just don’t want to do business anymore with this company.

I did not like the item and I am trying to return it but I am not getting any response as far as how to return the merchandise. I have called emailed and texted to no avail.

i would like to know why this company is falsely listing a residential address in Clarence NY, which has no connection to their company, and they are not registered as a business entity in NY or anywhere else. the reviews seem fake as well. big red flags
