Well, I don't know where to start. I ordered my shirt and was excited to get it. However, when it arrived, it was unfortunately huge. I contacted Zalle Studio to let them know and to ask about the return policy. Much to my surprise, they upped the ante. They offered to send me a smaller shirt at no cost (wow!), and to just keep the large one. I received it yesterday. The material is excellent and solid (not clingy) and washed well, proving the high quality of the shirt. More importantly, at least to me, their Customer Service went above and beyond to make this right for me and to make sure I was happy buying a product from Zalle Studio. I will definitely purchase future items from them with absolutely no hesitation. So if you are hesitating to buy, go ahead and make the leap. I guarantee you won't be disappointed. Thank you Zalle Studio for selling quality items and then also setting the bar of customer service so high. I truly appreciate everything you did for me.
