Zales and community Bank deserves a zero Zales sold me a gold chain worth $4,800 had it less than 3 months and started noticing gold flakes on my neck set the chain down on a jury Rag and gold flakes kept falling off I have video and proof they let me return it didn't take my balance back to the balance the card is supposed to set at. and now do not want to pay me my money for making the payments towards the chain with the flaking gold... (Smalls claim court here I come )this about to be funny they're a rip off (Stay away from Zales people) I have a live video of the go falling off when I put the chain on the rag Tiktok is waiting.. I wish I could give Zales a zero!!!! The District manager and store manager are useless!!!!!! I spent a lot of money at this store. I went to customer service for help, no issues with them, to return something outside the return window. It stayed at the level of the District manager for months!!!!! Then they said it was way too far out of the window to do the return. YES because it took them forever to help me!!!!!!! They said my only option is to do another trade up. OH of COURSE!!!! More money in their pocket. In the meantime the rings I love from Kays have to go back because they won't work with me. They are sister companies, there is no excuse for this!!!!! We had medical issues going on with some of our relatives which is why it went outside the return window. It was by 1 week.

The sales woman is very unprofessional she was in the middle of helping me then she decided to take a phone call for like 15 mins I ended up walking over to Roger’s and Hollands jewelry store across from them to have my other piece of jewelry checked that I purchased from the last time I was at sales and had a bad experience. I have purchased the majority of my jewelry from the Davenport store before they closed it was a wonderful experience there. Now it’s a terrible experience no apologies and it just felt like I was an inconvenience. I would get a better sales person who enjoys their job

I went to Zales to get a diamond cross soldered together but they needed to add more gold to it to get it to fit the necklace. They gave me the pendant back soldered together so I had to yank on my necklace back and forth when I wanted to get the clasp to the back of my neck where it belongs. After a month of doing this my necklace I bought in Aruba broke so I bought another one and it wouldn’t go through the cross because of the way they soldered it. I took it back to them to have them try to put it in and they said they couldn’t it was soldered wrong. They admitted it! I told them they needed to fix it and I already paid for it to get it fixed right the first time and they said there was nothing they could do. They said they had to charge me again to get it fixed right. So here I am stuck with a $1500 diamond cross necklace that doesn’t fit a chain and I’m not paying THEM to fix it again. I don’t trust them. So I’m going to another jeweler that will hopefully fix it right like they should have. They are just money makers. Don’t go there!

Necklace broke after only a few uses but was outside the return window. Their solution was to sell me a warranty plan because they said it would just break again. How about not selling cheap jewelry that breaks?

The customer service at Zales is extremely disappointing. As someone who rarely complains and generally gives the benefit of the doubt, I was shocked by my experience. The main stone of my wedding ring fell out while I was cleaning it. Upon examination at the store, I was told it was missing several small diamonds and needed over 30 prongs fixed, which was fortunately covered by my plan. Although the gal couldn’t see any chips in the main diamond, she said it had to be sent to headquarters for further inspection. Later, I was informed that my main diamond had a chip that wasn’t visible in the store and it would cost $1,000 to replace it. I simply wanted my original diamond put back, but they refused. When I received the ring back, I expected the prongs to be fixed under my plan, but they weren’t. They told me it was all or nothing – I had to buy a new diamond to replace the supposedly chipped one. I could visually see no missing small diamonds as initially claimed. There was no apology, no empathy, and no alternative solutions offered. As I left, the associate said, “You have 30 days to change your mind and come back to get it done.” I’d rather purchase a whole new ring elsewhere. I believe customer service is incredibly important in a business and Zales sadly does not have it. :(

The location in Galleria Woods Mall has the rudest management. I purchased something over 600.00 and got treated like I was a nobody on two different occasions by their rude management staff. This location needs training on customer service and deserves a negative star. Get your jewelry someplace other then their

I wish I could get this place to zero star first of all I would like to say don’t purchase NOTHING from this raggedy place. The jewelry is a poor quality and they charge you an expensive price and when you come to try to get help they don’t care so they rob people of their hard earn work money. Kristine Plymire Is the sales associate I have been talking with she does nothing but lie so if she’s you working with her, Good luck
