Excellent service after having horrible experience with the website infinitypartsdeals my infinity found a new home, great products reasonable prices and and fast shipping, I'm going for my third order thank you so much.

I ordered over 10 K in parts from Z one. And then I went to their recommended installer listed on their website for the work to be performed. I then purchased a custom tune for $1500 and two months later they still don’t have my car completed. Every time I call I’m treated poorly and they never have any answers. They say they’ll call me back. I’d never get the callbacks. There’s unreturned emails and countless interactions with employees over the phone, including but not limited to Jesse, Nick Red, Mark, Alexis and others. . My VRx60 turbos they sold me are faulty and I just wanna get a refund or get them replaced, but I can’t get any answer from them. My car’s been in the shop over seven months at this point. Time to call my attorney- -Rob B.

No1 they sold me a car faulty,the cooling system was tied up with cable ties,I fixed it , They are truly a scam

Billed and sent me two of the same part, I refuse the second shipment and they won’t refund the money.

Horrible, I call their phone number listed on the site and say it’s out of their service hours. But I call within 8am- 6pm i literally called right before posting this and it’s currently 5:30 and I still got hung up on. My package is extremely late. I was supposed to get it this month but I won’t get it until next month!!? That’s absurd. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. ITS HORRIBLE.

I have had several orders with Z1 since I purchased my 2019Z Sports Touring. I have one word for this entire organization: Passionate. I can say this as I was a Vette guy for many years and used Summit for parts and upgrades. They were outstanding. I was looking for the same type of support with the Z and found it with Z1. I had an issue with an upgrade that had multiple parts. One did not show. That is life in the big city. What made me very happy and has solidified my respect for their organization is how they responded. The part was immediately shipped and all will be well. I flew jets in the Navy for 20 years and one of our too many saying is "It's not how bad you f---k up, it's how well your recover. They met that mark! BZ and well done!

Having an wide selection of OEM parts at a good price for my Truck. The customer service is Top tier way better then any dealership out there check them out

DO NOT BUY WITH Z1. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AND NOT GIVE YOU THE PARTS YOU NEED. THEY WILL CHARGE AND THEN MAKE YOU WAIT 2 months IF PARTS GO OF OUT STOCK. MOSTLY ALL PARTS!
