After using the same hair products for decades, I decided to try Yves Rocher. So glad I did! I am over 60 and always had dry scalp and hair, now thinner and losing its shine. Now my hair feels softer and noticeably shiner. No more sulfate! Also good customer service, and fast delivery (Fedex).
Response from Yves RocherSep 7, 2026
Thank you, Dominique! We're so happy you decided to give Yves Rocher hair care a try and are already noticing softer, shinier hair. It's also wonderful to hear that you had a positive experience with our service and delivery. Thank you for sharing your results!

Incredible products and good customer service. The website is messed up or it would have been 5! Incredible products! Great packaging though shipping really slow!
Response from Yves RocherSep 7, 2026
Thank you, Kimberly! We're thrilled you love our products and packaging, and we're sorry the website and shipping experience kept this from being a five star experience. We truly appreciate your feedback and are glad our Customer Care team provided you with good service.

I always like Yves Rocher products, great quality, great service , shipping is fast. Only I do not know why I can not see many products that I had before. Example: calendula cream, I hope It will be there again.
Response from Yves RocherSep 7, 2026
Thank you, Nataliya! We're so happy you continue to enjoy the quality of our products and service. We understand how frustrating it can be when products you loved in the past, such as the Calendula Cream, are no longer available. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us.
