I was not able to put my key code in so I was not able to take advantage of my birthday gift etc. As you are ceasing operations in the US, there were items I wanted to order. As a customer of more than 40 years, I will miss your products. The website was easy to order from and checkout was fast. Delivery was back to your standards. Items were packed carefully, wrapped when necessary and in a cardboard box.
