Shipping issues.
Ordered product 11/23 and still didn't receive it. I think it's not fair charge $11 for the the shipping when it takes weeks to ship it.

Dear Arthur, I share your frustration about the slow shipping speed. Also, you placed your order on Thanksgiving day(11/23), and so did many other customers. I sent out your order on 11/28 and charged you only $11 for shipping, it would cost you almost $15 had you gone to the post office yourself to send a similar package from your address to mine. Overall I feel that your 1-star review is extremely unfair as the cost of shipping and speed has nothing to do with me.

I purchased the under console tray and the under center console armrest tray. Both are a perfect fit and very useful storage compartments. Very high quality, well worth it.

These ID4 license plate holders should…
These ID4 license plate holders should be mandatory equipment on ID4s! If you are a VW dealer you need to buy these for your customers! NO extra holes in the body are required for mounting license plates. If your dealer didn't buy these for you, demand that they do not mount the plates on your ID4 till you have these!

Glow in the dark indicators and how to apply them.
I like the glow in the dark indicators for my 2021 1st Edition VW ID.4 (non-lit cluster controls).Thanks for the instructions on how to apply them as I would have been clueless.
