FAKE COMPANY DO NOT ORDER!
Update: I finally received an email letting me know that they were out of stock of the stroller I had purchased and offered me a different style instead. I politely declined the offer and requested a refund and was told I would receive it within 24 hours. It has been almost 2 months and several emails and voicemails has been left with this company and no one has issued me my refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Even if SOME people are actually receiving their strollers don’t take the chance on not getting it and being out $400! SO MANY REVIEWS SAY THIS IS A FAKE COMPANY. I should have listened. Placed an order 12/15 and have received no update on my order even though I’ve reached out several times via email and phone. I’ve left voicemails and no one returns my calls. According to their website orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days received within 7 business days and I haven’t received any tracking information so it still has not been dispatched. It’s very frustrating not having any emails or calls returned regarding my order.
