We are just starting our journey with YuMOVE, but are truly impressed! Our vet recommended the Joint Health products for our nearly 12 yr old shetland sheepdog rescue girl, who has developed apparent arthritis and struggles with stairs. We were lifting her to get her into the house, but since using YuMOVE, she is able to tackle those stairs on her own again! Customer service has been AWESOME!!! Any questions I ask were treated with respect, answered quickly and professionally, with an added note of kindness - this is a rarity in today's world, and I appreciate it greatly! :) We will be ordering a calming supplement for our young doodle and see how it goes! Very happy our vet connected us to this company!

Overall great product. Quality is consistent and my pup loves the smell and taste. He is still young enough that this is a preventive but I feel satisfied with what I know about the product to believe that it will help him maintain his joint health longer!

Our vet recommended YuMove as a high-quality glucosamine supplement for our older Shih Tzu, Zuzu, but we have also started giving it to our 6-year-old Shih Tzu mix, Bailey. Bailey has issues with his front legs. They both are so enthusiastic about getting their supplement that we have started using it to get Zuzu, who is sometimes finicky about her breakfast, to start eating. Like most dogs, once she starts, she eats until it is gone, medicine and all. We subscribed and the deliveries have always been on time with emails alerting us that they are on the way. All and all, we are big fans of YuMove now.

After informing the company that my sweet mastiff had passed away and that we no longer needed YuMove supplements, my latest shipment was refunded and it was encouraged of me to donate the supplements to a pup in need. This is a huge loss for our family and we are very appreciative of the kindness shown to us by YuMove.

I very much appreciated being able to interact with a real person when I called with questions. I did not have to wait, and my questions were immediately answered. Shipping kept me posted all along the way to delivery. Thank you!
