UPDATE; YuCalm quickly responded and corrected the issue I had First I get notified you’re out of stock for medium dogs and shipment would not ship for week. This meant I would run out before it arrived. I understand things can happen so I was okay with but wondering why you wouldn’t just send 2 small dog packs. My ordered arrived yesterday but was 1 small dog pack not 1 medium dog (or 2 small dog)

All my dogs are on yumove. My senior small dog and my three younger 50 pound dogs. I only put my younger dogs on it because of their crazy rough play and wanted to make sure they had extra joint support so we don't have an acl tear as easy. My senior dog seems to enjoy it and gets around better as well. As far as customer service goes I get my shipment every month but sometimes they arrive at diffrent times and my dogs got to go a few days with none. But it hopefully is figured out now.

I was told my order was on its way on Sept 8 - it's Sept 14 now and tracking info says to give it another two or three days. Customer service was fantastic when I was making my decision to order, and all I've read about your product has been great. The only thing is the shipping is quite sub-par- I hope my product arrives soon.UPDATE: I didn’t understand this was a review to be posted, I intended it as feedback to the company. My mistake! Just want to add that their customer service has been outstanding, they are thoroughly knowledgeable about their product as well as compassionate and kind. And their product is by all reports excellent. Thanks YuMove for the response below and for working on the shipping issues!

Our 13 year old dog had been using another popular joint supplement for several years, but we were noticing that she had become inactive, and could no longer jump up on her favorite chair. She is very picky about food and treats, but to our amazement she gobbled down the joint supplements like her favorite treats. After 6 weeks on Yumove Plus supplement, she is now back to jumping on her favorite chair, and is a little more active during the day.

Delivery is on time, I do autoship. It took my baby a little over 8 weeks to see the effects. Each baby is different. Worth a try and give it time.

I feel that it is helping my dogs, especially my 18 year old. I don't know if it is the hot weather or something else, but lately, I have had to quarter the tablet, and mix it in with their food to get them to eat it.

I did not receive my product as they evidently had the wrong address. However, they seem to have resolved this and will send me the product. I appreciate the response from them.
