We appreciate your input and, in fact, have revised our timeframes to ensure that the emails are not preceding the actual shipment :-) I see on one of your other reviews that you have received the product. Hopefully the trial is going well :-) Please keep in mind that it can take up to a few weeks to see the full benefit that the chews can bring for your dog. We do have some top tips to help introduce new chews to picky pooches - we want each and every dog to enjoy the benefits YuMOVE Soft Chews can bring! Please call 844 570 3222 or email [email protected], we're here Monday - Friday 8am - 7pm CST (excluding public holidays). If you leave a message outside these hours we'll get back to you on the next working day. We are so happy to know that your cat loves the treats and yes, chews are okay for feline consumption! They will still see the same benefits actually so they can be quite good for them! If I was going to recommend a dose it would be half of a small dog chew per day. Hopefully you can get the cat to spread the good word to the dogs!!!!! Please stay in touch and keep us up to date on everyone's progress!!!! Hope to hear from you - Dana
