Quite exceptional customer service
I have never had such good customer service. When one of my old dogs died I was able to put off deliveries for several months to allow the other old girl to get through the Yumove Meg had left. Everything worked exactly as arranged. When Jess died and I needed to cancel deliveries altogether another very sensitive conversation with your staff. They are quite exceptional.
