Excellent customer care service from Lisa. I wanted to make some changes to my subscription. Phone call answered swiftly and Lisa made the changes quickly and efficiently. My nearly 15 year old Golden Retriever is definitely benefitting from taking the tablets not quite scampering around but moving much more easily.

What made my experience great is the improved packaging, the respectful interaction with customer care representatives that clarified my concerns and the overall outcome that our 16+ year old girl and 17+ year old girl are more comfortable and mobile. A company standing independently with it's integrity and truly advocating for creatures, not just an account number, is refreshing.

Excellent product for my dogs joint problems. She seems to be able to move better and her activities have increased after about a month to two months being on the joint supplements. Yumove has a great product at an affordable price and it works! The shipments are always on time each month and I don't ever worry about my baby girl missing her dose each day.
