YuMove is a great product however I cannot wait 10 days for it to arrive so the shipping process needs work I’ve moved on to another product that is easier to get and my dog does well on

I bought a product at a dog show. Loved it and wanted to reorder. You were out so got "the next best thing". I just received a 25% off reorder and of course can't use it on the original product because I didn't order it. The 25% should be on any order because of the shows and not necessarily just a re-order.

I haven't noticed much difference in my dogs mobility the first 30 days but going to give it a few months to see for sure. I do love that they gave me extra tablets at no charge to off set giving a double does the first 4 weeks.

I contacted customer support bc the buy 2, get 1 offer that I saw wasn’t processing. ( I had to buy 3 products, to one covered 100% off=only 33.3% deal on each when buy 3) While the person I spoke with was lovely & knowledgeable about the product, she neglected to mention that yet another/better offer (buy 1 get 1) was offered. Only hours after I completed my transaction, the buy 1get 1 offer ad was popping up to me. (2 products ordered, 100% off one, therefore a better savings at 50% of each when you buy 2) When I placed my order w/customer support, I mentioned I was looking to get best value since I have more than 1 dog I give this (along with other supplements) to. I would have appreciated more transparency.

Disappointed in the shipping. Order is sitting. No updates from shipping company. Ordered on Sunday and don't even have an ETA and it's Thursday night.
