I had just moved and was on auto ship at my old address I called to have my auto ship go to a friends address I was staying at while waiting for the closing of my new home and address They were able to ship it where needed without the hassle of trying to suspend my auto ship

This product 100% helped ease the discomfort our 12 year old lab was feeling, he could take walks with me again!! When he passed I neglected to cancel my subscription for 2 months. Customer service was fantastic, sent sympathy and refunded one of the months. They only asked that I donated the product to someone in need. Thank you!!

Customer service is great and auto ship is always on time

My dog is only 3 1/2, and doesn't have any soundness issues. I'm hoping this will help keep her healthy going forward. The automatic mailing is very convenient.

This review is about customer service. I had an issue with my first ever product ordered where the product was shipped and being tracked but never arrived. It never moved past the in my city stage. I contacted YuMove customer care and have been dealing with Dianevette exclusively since then. I cannot speak highly enough about the attentiveness, responsiveness, courtesy, professionalism, friendliness and instant problem resolution, as well as, follow up correspondence I have received. It has truly been next level service and way more than I expected. We are new to trying the product and have not made it through the first few weeks to see a result yet, but my super finicky, not food motivated dog is crazy for the supplement chews. So far, it's an all-over great experience with the product and customer service. I will review the actual product once I determine the level of benefit.
