Received an order that was canceled and are now have way too much trouble returning it for a refund!!!!

Terrible user experience (checkout flow)
Site checkout for subscriptions continues to be confusing. Super frustrating because it is a great product. I have 2 dogs who both take these supplements and I am ready to find something else so I don't have to deal with the headache.

sorry it did not help my 11 yr old dog he is now on gabapentin and ramidyle hope it helps someone elses dog

Joint supplements
I have a 12 year old 105 lb. Black Lab, and I was hoping this would help his joints. It hasn't made any difference in a week and he has diarrhea. This is the only thing that has changed in his diet. I'm going to stick with CBD oil for the old guy. These supplements don't seem to help, and they are way too expensive if they don't work.

Impossible to reorder!
Tried to reorder and could not get into your system to do so. Ask you (via a button) to send me a link to set up an account but never received one. I am almost out, which is a waste of time for my dog (as I would need to start over with the double dosing) and a waste of $$$ for me. I would LOVE to know if your product works!!!

My dog had the soft chews previously…
My dog had the soft chews previously but the website wouldn’t let me order them. Forced me to get the chewable pills for seniors. They seem less effective.
