Easy ordering online; phone number answered by AI
Yumove supplements have worked very well for my dogs, and I’m ordering a second batch. Ordering online has been easy to do. I love how quickly & constantly they keep up communication by email about your order throughout the process and was happy to also receive discount codes. Only fault I’ve found with the company was when I called the helpline about an issue getting into my account. A “digital assistant trained to understand sentences” answered, but my request must not have been in its vocabulary because it hung up on me. But I was able to resolve the issue on my own through the website without much trouble.

I don’t really see any improvement
I don’t really see any improvement, at least yet. And first initial double dose was sent only after contacting support. But at least I can manage shipping fast and convenient

Can’t seem to get the shipments right
Can’t seem to get the shipments right. I have called and emailed. I no longer own the dog. Updated my review. I called and had a great customer service person who identified the issue. I was refunded as was appropriate. My concerns were addressed.

Love the product
I appreciate the emails to confirm orders that have been placed. However, I wish there was a reminder email about subscriptions to pause, push back a week, etc. Other than that, I'm very happy w my experience
