Product, as always is excellent, but disappointing in pricing. Ordered regularly on auto-ship for years and suddenly price went up by $8. Checked online and new orders are about $20 less per month for auto-ship with free shipping. I originally began using when I lived in UK and never had a pricing problem. Cancelling auto-ship currently and re-setting it. **Clearly Holly from Yumove didn't read my complaint above and just provided a canned response without seeing that I HAVE BEEN ON AUTO-SHIP FOR YEARS and apparently didn't get a discount, but my price went up by $8 the last 2 months, but new autoships are apparently almost $23 LESS THAN what I was paying. How is it my order history shows recurring charges every 4-5 weeks or so but I was paying full price? Yeah, for that, -1 more star. Disappointing.

I was incorrectly taxed for items i was not taxed before? not sure where this came from. Also last month i received a 120 pill bottle when it should have been 60 pills.

My Great Pyrenees suffers with arthritis and has been on YuMOVE for approx 30 days with no improvement yet. Hopefully, given more time, it will give her some relief.

Unfortunately, this did not provide any relief for my pet. I was at a veterinary conference and approached a YuMove exhibitor and was surprised to find that this was a different formulation that what I could get from my vet. So I'm going to consult with my vet and get the YuMove 360 Advanced formulation to see if that will provide my 17 year dog any relief. Nothing against YuMove, but it just did not provide any significant changes.

My overall experience with yumove hasn’t been great. The product works and my dog gets around better. I have to trick him to eat it. But once it’s in his belly he does better. A little tricky to get him to eat though. Trust pilot will ask me to change my review several times then they will demand I show proof I bought product or they will take down my review. After several times of hearing this I told them some hateful stuff. And I’ve been told they won’t sell me the product any longer then they ask for another review. This product works but trust pilot will wear you out if your review isn’t stellar. Asking you to change it. Do you want to reconsider the amount of stars. Relentless. Product is great but trust pilot is terrible I even said send me free product and I wil say what ever you want.

Have had my BEST FRIEND on the product for almost 6 months and I haven’t seen where the product has been helpful to him. He is almost 9 years old and it really doesn’t seem to help with his mobility

The product is great. The last few months it has been taking at least 2 weeks to get to me. My dog has to go without it and her hips bother her. I live only 1 hour from where it is shipping from.

This was my first shipment. It arrived 4 days after the sent scheduled date. I hope this is a one off. As I will be feeding your product to my 6 year old Aussie for the rest of her life, every day, prompt delivery is essential. If it’s not, I will need to look elsewhere. The good news is your representative was very prompt in responding when I inquired about the status of the delivery.
