This subscription has been on time, with reminder emails, and helpful customer service. My dog's surgeon suggested it after she suffered a torn ACL. She loves the chew as much as a treat! She also has so much energy & strength again, as it's been 10 months since her surgery, and you would never guess it.

5 stars! Within two months we saw our dog's hip discomfort almost disappeared. After years of trying other products and wasting our money we finally found the right fit. I can not recommend this product enough for doggies with joint pain. But what is the icing on the cake is their phenomenal customer service! You can not ask for better customer service.
