Excellent Customer Service
When I did not see the package delivered to my home I called customer service. Spoke with a lovely woman who described location of package on my porch. It was carefully placed out of view from the street. Without asking she told me about my next delivery. She also used my dog’s name!! If only all companies’ (including my employer) customer service reps were so efficient and personable.
