Product reduction was fantastic
Product reduction was fantastic. I got a notice that my order was being prepared. Then waited a week or so. Then sent a comment asking if evrything was OK and not to worry if it had to be backordered due to high sales; the next day it came in the mail! So I did not get or missed an email telling me product was shipped. Still very pleased with product and my dog actually eats them.

Auto-orders not shipping
My last subscription order that said it shipped on 2/7 still has not been received by USPS. I reached out to address the issue, and the replacement order has also not shipped. I was just charged for next months order when this months hasn’t even arrived. My dog has been without his supplements for over a week now. Update: They took care of the issue.

Yours is the only company to offer a…
Yours is the only company to offer a trial pack with no catches. If my dog will eat them, I will be ordering more. I hope they are soft as my girl is old and has lost most of her teeth. Thanks again for making it possible to try these without a catch.

My vet introduced me to the product and…
My vet introduced me to the product and it seems to be helping 2 weeks into into using it. I did find it a little difficult to apply the discount code to the purchase, so perhaps that could be made more simplified for the "technologically challenged " like myself.

Quick and easy checkout
Quick and easy checkout. So far, my 7 year old papillon has been on YuMove Plus for 2 month and I haven't yet noticed a difference. I plan to continue for another 2 more months to see if he gets results.

So far so good
My 11 year old diabetic, mostly blind pup with cancer starting walking with her rear end lower than normal. I worried it was painful joints for her. Found this product an thought we'd give it a try. She is walking around much better! I think this product must be helping her.
