Hello Thankyou very much for taking the time to get in contact with us and I am so sorry that your dog is not enjoying the YuMOVE Joint Supplements. We do have a few recommendations for this for you to try, if you haven't done so already: - Crushing the tablets and sprinkling them onto your pet’s meal - Crushing the tablets and mixing with a very small amount of water to make a tasty paste for your dog that can either be given directly or added to their food - Giving the YuMOVE alongside treats Please also bear in mind that we do have a chew variation of YuMOVE called YuMOVE soft bites, if your pet is not currently enjoying the tablet form of this product - the active ingredients are all the same as the tablet form. I can see my colleague has processed your refund on July 18th with an email notification being sent over to you. Please do check your junk/spam mail incase this has filtered into these folders in error. Refunds can take anywhere between 3-10 working days to reappear in your bank.
