Hello Ione, Thankyou very much for taking the time to review our product already. Though most of our products show results in as little as 4 weeks, we do advise using them for 60 days before seeing the full effects. We do also advise using a double amount for the first 4-6 weeks, using the loading amount will mean that you start to see the benefits as soon as possible. You may wish to continue with the loading amount this can then be reduced to the maintenance amount once you are happy that there is a difference. If you still feel like there is not a vast improvement after reducing back down over the following weeks after the loading amount, it may be an indication that you your dog may need our stronger product.
