In January I received an e-mail from Yugibet that stated that my balance had been removed and my account had been closed indefinitely due to the breach of terms & conditions. A few days before receiving this e-mail, I had made a withdrawal request for Yugibet. The e-mail didn’t specify which terms & conditions I had breached. I have tried to obtain more information from Yugibet by e-mail. Unfortunately, Yugibet hasn’t been willing to provide me with any further information. So far Yugibet hasn’t provided me with any evidence that I have breached some terms and conditions. For some reason, Yugibet hasn’t even been willing to tell me which terms & conditions I have (in their opinion) breached.

I have bad experiences now with some L.C.S. Limited casinos. Their sites have nice design, good variety and attractive campaigns, so I've tried a few of them simultaneously. When I'm losing my deposits, all seems to be okay with them. If I manage to win, they find random reasons to confiscate my funds and not pay out my winnings. Reading reviews online, I see that this looks a common denominator. The worst and most recent case now is Yugibet. I registered 18th of May 2023 and have been playing actively for several tens of thousands of euros until recently. I read the terms and conditions carefully before registering, so I made sure my behavior was accordingly. I've played on several sports, several kinds of outcomes and different odds and bet sizes. Suddenly, after a fortunate streak of games, I had over €3000 in my account. Reading their bad reviews online, and with bad experiences from sister casinos, I was hesitant to keep going and wanted to withdraw parts of the balance. I passed a lengthy KYC, and asked for a large withdrawal. That kept delaying for up to months without any explanation given, even when inquired. Unsure what was keeping the delay, even as they promised to pay out within days, I cancelled and attempted smaller withdrawals for €200. Now several of them were accepted during December and January, so I thought all was well and that it could be a technical glitch. That was until I received a shocking letter yesterday claiming I had breached their terms and they confiscated my remaining balance of €2296. I know for a fact that this cannot be true, as I've (1) read up on terms and made sure to act accordingly, and have (2) not played actively during the last couple of months, due to waiting withdrawals from an unsafe site. Since I got my latest withdrawal accepted just some days ago, even though nothing had changed, they clearly had no problem until finding some random reason to confiscate the remainder. I keep asking their group for any specific evidence to back up their claims. If I had breached a specific term and they could provide evidence, I would have no problem accepting this. However, they always keep hiding behind complete vagueness, just citing and repeating entire lists of terms and conditions, never elaborating on any possible justification they might have. This strengthens the suspicion that they never have evidence at all but leverage vagueness as a business strategy to earn extra from losing customers, while cutting off any winning customers and keep their winnings. That does not sound compatible with maintaining a professional casino with a MGA license.
