This is a complete scam. If you look at their advertising offsite, the videos tell you to think that you sleep, then you will sleep, they're trying to convince you, it's really a mind game that you will think that you can sleep and then you do, it has nothing to do with the product, they say that over. And over again, and they're off-site advertising.. relax. Close your eyes, think that you're going to have a good night's sleep, say that to yourself, you're going to have a good night's sleep.Does that sound like medicine to you?No , it's a mind game , nothing more!

THE first night I slept 5 straight hours! The second night I slept 6 but was awake twice. Last night was 5 again. I am hoping I will sleep more after a couple of weeks. This was a big improvement over the 3 1/2 hours I had been getting this last 6 months.
