YRM Has Not Paid My $1,458 Withdrawal Requested on September 2 — Still “Processing” After 16 Days I requested a US$1,458 withdrawal from YRM Prop on September 2, 2026. As of today, September 18, 2026, I still have not received the payment. My YRM dashboard clearly shows the withdrawal dated September 2, 2026, for US$1,458.00, with the status still showing “Processing.” I contacted YRM Support regarding the delay. They acknowledged that the company is experiencing difficulties with payout processing and told me that the payment would be made soon. However, 16 days have now passed and I still have not received the funds or been given a specific payment date. What concerns me is that the withdrawal remains stuck in “Processing” with no clear timeline for payment. I understand that temporary processing issues can happen, but when a payout remains pending for this long, customers deserve transparency and a clear explanation of when they can expect to receive their money. I am posting this review to document my experience and to make other traders aware of the situation. I have screenshots of my YRM dashboard showing the withdrawal, as well as all communications with YRM Support regarding the delay. I am fully available to provide all evidence to Trustpilot upon request. I hope YRM resolves this issue and processes my US$1,458 withdrawal as soon as possible.

I’ve been waiting nearly a month for a $500 withdrawal; every day I check the chat, and they say they’ll "forward it to the responsible department—thanks for your patience." Not once have they explained the reason for the delay or given me a timeframe. I believe it’s a scam.

Ho comprato una challenge a giugno. Ho fatto tutta la challenge, l'ho superata dopo circa 10 giorni ed ho iniziato la fase funded. Ho lavorato in modo molto tranquillo. A inizio luglio ho letto in una chat con degli amici che YRM gli aveva rifiutato un pagamento e non rispoondevano da inizio maggio. Ho deciso che quindi avrei provato a ritirare il prima possibile anche poche centinaia di euro. Soddisfatte le linee guida per il ritiro, ho fatto richiesta e (a metà luglio) mi hanno risposto che non mi avrebbero pagato perché avevano un problema e avrebbero dato precedenza ai nuovi utenti che avrebbero lavorato con Ninja 8dato che avrebbero fatto il nuovo lancio con loro). ho comprato la challenge quando loro già sapevano di non pagare, hanno preso i miei soldi e poi non mi hanno pagato facendolo passare come "un momento di difficoltà". Truffa!!

I spent almost 2 years studying, saving money, and taking classes from professional traders before I felt ready to buy my first prop firm accounts. For me this was a serious investment in my future, not a hobby. My goal is to make a full time income trading to support my family in the Philippines. I bought accounts with YRM, passed, and earned a payout in May. I did not break any rules. I have still never received it. While waiting I did not trade my other account, and YRM closed it for inactivity. So I lost both the payout I earned and another account while waiting for it. I have tried everything to get an update — I opened a support ticket with no response, tried to join their Discord and my application is still pending after more than a month, and I have never received a single email from YRM about my payout other than it was under review. Out of nowhere I received a refund for the cost of the account that was due the payout, with no explanation given. I would not recommend YRM to traders who value the money they spend on accounts, because if something goes wrong you will not hear anything from them. I am still hopeful YRM will make this right and I will update this review if they do. Edit - 2026/08/28 Thank you Alex for taking the time to respond and for explaining what happened. I completely understand the frustration with fraud and corruption in the Philippines, while I love my country, I deal with it every day here. I know it makes things very difficult for legitimate businesses trying to operate fairly. I am sorry that bad actors have made it harder for honest traders to work and succeed in my country. I want you to know that I traded fairly and did my best to follow all the rules, and I encourage your team to look at my trades to verify that. I spent almost 2 years preparing before I ever bought my first account because this income means everything to my family. I am hopeful that when you are able to do your manual review you will see that my account was legitimate and consider paying out what I earned. I will gladly update this review if that happens. Customer service has been great! I requested my first payout today, and everything was smooth. I'm so glad to use Tradovate and Tradingview. This is a huge improvement. ADDENDUM: I requested a payout on Aug. 25th, it's now Sept. 1st and have yet to see any funds. I changed my review from a 5 star to 1 star for this reason. Customer service DOES respond but with absolutely no resolve to my questions or concerns.

YRM is the real deal! If you want to be paid, then choose YRM! I submitted my payout request, and within 24 hours, the payout was approved AND the money was in my Rise account. I have now purchased more accounts now because this firm is one of the cheapest and I KNOW that I will get the payments. Plus, you can now trade on Tradovate-so excited! Thank you YRM!!!!
