I wish I had researched the reviews before making a purchase on this site. I attempted to reach someone in Customer Service several times requesting delivery status and then a refund. I’ve received no response and it’s been two months since I placed the order. I was provided a bogus tracking number. They need to be stopped! The one star rating is for having a convincing website to lure unsuspecting victims.

Absolutely the biggest scam going!!! Buyer BEWARE do not buy from this website. Item ordered back in October 2021 and still not received 3rd February 2022 and will not answer emails or refund!!!!!

Do not purchase from YoYoHoliday. I ordered a Waldorf doll for a Christmas gift and never received it. Finally had to contest the charge with my bank. No estimated delivery date was provided. I tried contacting customer service 5 times and also never received an answer.

ZERO stars! Ordered 2 dolls in November and haven’t received them. There’s no phone to call and email address is bogus. I have 2 disappointed little girls. I even let them pick the doll they wanted. Shame on scams like this! I’ll never get that money back but hope no one else orders from this sham!

***SCAM ARTIST*** DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this company!! YoYo Holiday does not even rate one star. They are a scam company. I purchased a Waldorf Doll and never received my order. I contacted them several times by email to no avail. They are not a reputable company. All they did was send me a Christmas Stocking which I did not order.

One star is too high for this scam of a company do not trust them they sent me a package that was way too small to hold any dolls just so they would have a shipping tracking number in the package was a junk Cheaply made Christmas stocking worth one dollar then they will send you on a wild goose chase trying to figure out where your packages which will never arrive good luck getting your money back they are as dishonest as it comes. Why Facebook would allow companies like this to cheat people over and over again is beyond me.

I ordered a beautiful doll from this site in October and never received it. Got a tacky Christmas stocking in the post as an apology to say doll would be delayed… still waiting. I have requested a refund several times to no avail. DO NO PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE

I would give this minus stars if I could. This is a total SCAM and to be avoided at all costs! I ordered a Waldorf doll 3 months ago and despite contact and reassurance from Customer Service, I have realised that it is a scam. I have just got my money back via Paypal. It's an easy procedure with no questions asked.
