Ordered an item back in May 15, 2025...no follow up, no contact number for Customer Service and have not received the order...this is a SCAM!!

Ander half week geleden 3 elektrische waterpistolen gekocht bij thuis komst bleek 1 niet compleet te zijn. Paar keer contact opgenomen geen gehoor! Koop hier nooit meer iets, slechte service!

Zit al 2 weken te wachten op een bestelling, Bestelling wel aangemeld, maar niet verzonden.

Schandalig! 18 december een bestelling gedaan en nooit wat binnen gehad, via whatsapp contact op opgenomen en zouden 29 dec"even naar kijken". Als je niet kan verzenden stuur dan geld terug..

Op de site besteld. Levertijd 2 dagen. Nu na 2 weken nog steeds niets ontvangen. Reden, men is tot 15 augustus op vakantie. Dit stond niet op de website

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I placed an order and for three days I heard nothing. No charge was made on my credit card, no shipping arrangements. I contacted them. It took two additional days, and when they responded they said it would be a 5-7 week delay. Two days later, they said it was discontinued and I should order it from Amazon or Ebay if I wanted this product.

The same as everyone else, ordered one through my Google Feed, noticed two payments had come out. Nothing received yet, but from what I am reading, it will only be 1. Has anyone got to the bottom of this please? When does that program start back up on TV with the 3 ladies sorting out Scams? X Update 17 Jan 2022. My bank has refunded both payments. No goods have turned up! No surprise. I hope everyone else gets their money back. These people really are messed up. X

Like all the reviews I've just read, ordered one airfryer, charged for two, received none. Shouldn't be allowed to get away with this 😟😟
