BEWARE WHEN USING OR PURCHASING FROM " PATHWARD, N.A., FROM VISA, U.S.A. Inc!!! Received a reward card. Was valued at $50 as a gift. Used it once. Noticed expiration date of 10/27. Pulled it out to check the balance and found that for the last several months $2.50 have been removed. I assume this is a fee! So much for paying a monthly fee for a gift. As has said before, this is a scam! With more fine then any debit/credit card should have, especially for a gift!

Received a $50 Visa YourReward debit card. Unfortunately when I went to use it, there was only $32.50 left on it. Unbeknownst to me, $2.50 was taken off for 7 months for a total of $17.50. There was nothing stated on the card or anything stating this would happen. I only found out when I went on the website to verify the balance of $50 (& even to find that was a runaround). It said something like that once it was activated, they would take $2.50 off a month if you didn't use it. Had I known that, I wouldn't have activated it until I was ready to use it. What a scam! Do NOT buy these, you will get ripped off.

Fraudulent card issuer which locking the cards without any good reason, and then refuse to refund the clients. Watch out

This is the single worst service I've ever encountered in my entire life. It does nothing but tie your money up in a useless card that will be repeatedly declined, and when you call for support they tell you to try it some new way that will also fail. This is a scam.

Ich habe hier eine Visa International Prepaid Visa gekauft. Diese hat super funktioniert und auch bei Google Wallet hat die Karte geklappt. Doch als ich dann nochmal eine Karte gekauft habe war diese bevor ich sie benutzen konnte "ON HOLD" Doch sie war gesperrt bevor ich sie benutzen konnte. Thebitcoincompany sagt sie kann mir nicht helfen. Pathward, sagt der Verkäufer der Karte muss mir helfen. Das wäre Thebitcoincompany.com Diese Karte wurde ohne Grund fälschlicherweise gesperrt und das von Pathward. Jetzt soll ich plötzlich meine gesamten Daten angeben und einen Scheck per Post mit der Rückzahlung bekommen. Doch in bin kein US Bürger und das klingt etwas ominös, da TheBitcoinCompany schreibt die Karte könnte einfach wieder aktiviert werden. Angeblich sei die Karte kompomittiert. Es gibt keine Email adresse die man kostengünstig errreichen kann, man muss eine kostenpflichtige Nummer in den USA anrufen, hat mich ca 2 Euro/ Minute gekostet und mein Problem wurde nicht gelöst. Received this card from AT&T for a reward and did not activate it. When I went to use it instead of being for $50 it's only for $32.50. It's been taking 2.50 out per month. It says it cannot be used at an ATM or for cash. I tried to use it on Amazon and it said System error. I am not being able to use it and they will continue to deduct the $2.50 per month. My understanding is that Congress passed a law that they could no longer do that.
