Listen up folks, I’ve found the loophole around it. They are not a full on scam company but what they do is 0% ethical. The second you get the virtual card, remember to take screenshots and add it to your apple pay. Now the card is not ready to use, the website is absolute BS so don’t even try using any numbers there. Rather call this phone, type the card info 3 times cuz these guys apparently invalidate it on the system to scare you off, then hit 0 after it says “Customer support”: +1 (844) 244-9758 This phone number is also located at the back of your card, I usually have to spend 15 mins just to get the card balance but of course Never again. I got this card through Delta as a $800 compensation for a flight, found out that their website is extremely unresponsive. I called every phone number on the website and they were trying to misguide me into forgetting about it for the 6 months until expiry. The way these guys scam you is literally hoping you don’t use the balance so they get to keep it. USE YOUR MONEY FOLKS, trust me it’s totally not better off in these Indian scammers pockets! It’s good for purchases at any POS so after you’ve called and activated your card, keep a track on a small notebook as your Apple Pay would only show you the transactions every 24 hours… And if you’re planning on getting this, just use your points at Target, Sephora or literally anywhere else.. trust me the peace of not dealing with these scammy people is an absolute blessing..

Got for Xmas n noticed once I tried to use it it was expired called several times n was told problem had to escalated n told by march I was told there's nothing that can b done n to try going bk to store of purchase to get money bk definitely a fraud a bunch of crooks

Although not a full-on scam, this product is a most CONSUMER-UNFRIENDLY debit card. First, they should send a notice — in BOLD TYPE — along with the gift card to the effect: "Note: a $2.50 fee will be charged each month. You should use these funds within the next 29 days." Why don't they? Presumably this is a feature, not a bug. Companies buy gift cards with which to reward their customers, YourRewardCard gets to keep a substantial percentage of customers' money. Second, if they clearly wanted to run a business that benefited their customers, they would allow customers to use their card balance toward an Amazon Gift Card ... but they don't seem to allow this. Third, their website doesn't seem to work.

Scam! Worst customer service! Fraud on my card and they have not done anything about it!! Do not use them

Received an $800 rewards cards from delta as compensation. My card was frozen, and I’ve spent nearly 2 months on the phone with their call center trying to receive updates. They have insisted my check is in the mail for 3 months now. Every time I call it’s something different regarding the status. Total scam. Kind but unhelpful customer service

This card is useless. I got it as a $5 rebate and can’t use it unless it covers the total purchase. No good anywhere!

All the reviews are correct - they are a scam. My card "expired" 1 year from issue date. per the Cardholder Agreement and federal and california law - the ard cannot expire. I called the customer care and they told me to BUY another gift card - literally. Um, no, that is not the answer. You stole $100 from my employer who gifted it to me and now won't uphold the cardholder agreement and willfully violate the law. Beyond amazed this is happening in a world of heightened regulation and the CFPB. For everyone - report your issue to the CFPB through a customer complaint.

Tried to log in on the web site noted on back of card and keep getting “error message. Try again later.” Scam Visa card.
