Recently Quill Bank informed they have assumed a few companies I have loans with. When I attempted to payoff 1 of these loans. I sent the check to Quill Bank, they received the check,but the company I got loan from said I still owe them. They alleged that Quill is the lender,but they could not contact them.Which odd to me. When I tried calling them all I got was leave a message, they will call back which never occurred. 2weeks finally a person answer the phone acted clueless,I had to talk my way to get a n employee with useful information. I was told check was recieved,and mail to company I received loan from on Sept 15,2026. 2weeks later that company said they haven't received the check. I called Quill Bank again they gave me a date of Sept 21,2026 the check was mailed,they were extremely rude and hung up the phone,when I explained I was given a different date and didn't speak with them on date and time,they allegedly spoke with me. My advice don't get loan from any company until you know who is the lender. If it's Quill Bank pls seek a different company.
