Veo con sorpresa que a pesar de que tan sólo compré en una ocasión un plan de 4 semanas, que no me han enviado, me han vuelto a hacer un cargo en la Visa sin mi autorización. Imposible encontrar en su web cómo ponerse en contacto con ellos. Les he reenviado comunicación por el mail que en su momento me mandaron. Estoy dispuesta a denunciar

Mam dokładnie to samo co wszyscy.
Mam dokładnie to samo co wszyscy. Kupiłam dietę na miesiąc a okazało się że w kolejnym miesiącu zostało mi ściągnięte pieniądze. Pisze maile żeby z tego zrezygnować i żeby nie pobierali pieniędzy ale brak jakiej kolwiek odpowiedzi. ;(

Odpisaliście mi że kupiłam dietę 31 maja i że nie będziecie więcej pobierać pieniędzy z mojego konta ale to zrobiliście bez mojej wiedzy 132 złote keto app 346-214-0753 1wrzesnia 2020. Dlaczego??? Proszę o zwrot moich pieniędzy. Dokładnie to o samo spotkało dzisiaj mnie
Udało mi się i firma zwróciła bezprawnie pobrane pieniądze Dokładnie o samo spotkało dzisiaj mnie. Pobrali 99.90zł bez mojej wiedzy. Czy ktoś z Państwa już wyjaśnił sprawę i Może się podzielić informacjami ? Ja mogę się podzielić tym co udało mi się zrobić. Mianowicie zablokowałam w banku kartę, której oni używają do przelewów. Żadna płatność na ich konto już nie przejdzie.

Proszę o pomoc jak zrezygnować z subskrypcji, pobierają mi z konta 40 zł. a miała to być jednorazowe. Poza tym w żaden sposób nie mogę się zalogować do swojego konta. Ja nie chcę mieć z nimi nic wspólnego, po prostu okradają mnie co miesiąc.
