Great and easy recipes
In the first week of the diet, so can't leave a review about the results. I can however leave a review about the recipes, they are absolutely amazing, good size portions and ingredients that you can find anywhere and extremely easy to make. Being on this diet also helps feeling better overall and much lighter :)
