Excited to start 8/10/2021 I was excited to start until I couldn’t download anything and the next morning saw on my account information from PayPal it was a reoccurring payment. Which by the way PayPal finally after about 10 minutes found where it was stated. I feel I was mislead and therefore cancelled with PayPal as I didn’t receive a response from you. Thank you

I just don't get any of the negative reviews listed below, this customer service from this company is AMAZING! In short - I started using the Keto plan (1 yr sub), discovered that it wasn't the best fit for me (although this had nothing to do with the service itself, the menus, details, plans etc. are all excellent). Anyway, I made the classic mistake of setting a reminder to cancel my sub in good time, promptly forgot about it and then, HEY PRESTO, out went another annual sub. So, feeling like a wally, I messaged the Customer Service team explaining what had happened and, without any fuss or bother, they contacted me straight away and refunded me the year's sub (even though they clearly had me bang to rights as per the T&Cs). FANTASTIC SERVICE GUYS, I will def be recommending you to anyone I know of who wants to pursue KETO.
