Im trying to cancel a subscription…
Im trying to cancel a subscription which is impossible. I see different bank accounts trying to take money and it is impossible to get in touch with customer support or to cancel the subscription online. Be aware!!! I only wanted to purchase a meal plan and it seems that I’m stuck in a contract and it looks impossible to cancel my subscription. I’ve received several emails that customer support gets back in 24 hours but never heard from them

Hello Magdalena, Thank you for your feedback! Please, note it is mentioned on multiple occasions on our website the meal plans are subscription based, and you can also see this on the final page of the creation process before completing the purchase, with a price breakdown of the chosen plan. Best Regards, Your Keto Team

Lamentablemente penoso. Desde el 11 de julio así.
