I’ve been doing keto on my own fora…
I’ve been doing keto on my own fora while and the advertisement looks great on your keto diet so I signed up. However soon as I signed up I realised the content isn’t anything what I need, the first 3 week meal plans looked boring and almost the same. There was so extra tips or ideas just copy posted things off the internet. The whole VIP experience I purchased did not feel personal at all. I thought what I’m doing on my own works better so on the same day I signed up I sent them email to ask to cancel my membership. Had no reply so week later I resent the email and again today requesting for cancellation. No response. Totally waste of money and my time. I’ll be reporting them to trading standards. I wish I had the reviews here before hand. You would think they would improve their service and product after all these negative reviews.

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs! I regretted this as soon as I signed up! It looked great initially, but once I signed up I realised it was a waste of money. I cancelled it within minutes, and I have now just woken up to find that a further £33 has been taken out of my account! There is no phone number to get in touch! Just what you need after Christmas!

Avoid at all costs!
If I could rate them no stars I would! I signed up to what I thought was a 6 month trial back in June 2020. I was sent approx 20 recipes for £55 and that was it! No follow up recipes, no support, nothing! My thought was you live and learn. Nope, they then took another £55 from me in December 2020 with no email to tell me they were doing this. When I wrote and complained, their answer was I had signed up for a subscription! An absolute rip off. Avoid at all costs!

A plan ID (sent via email by us), an email you used to purchase, or last 4 digits of the card you have used to pay + the date. So we can investigate the case.
