Dear customer, We're sorry to hear that you are not happy with our meal plan. On the final page, right after you complete our test and before you proceed to the payment page you may clearly see what you would get. Each plan contains recipes that are tailored to exactly fit your preferences, video guides and step by step preparation for each of them. The grocery list is only a part of the final product and contains everything you would need to prepare the dishes over the selected period. It is up to your personal organization skills to decide when to shop and how much time to invest in it. Also each recipe has an average cooking time of 30 minutes.
