Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. There are better, safer diets to try. Not a particularly good idea to put yourself into a state of ketoacidosis. I signed up to the diet plan, then decided not to proceed. The service was never used. They will not refund any of the subscription paid, or even offer a good will gesture. They are all about making money rather than customer services. I have just received the reply below but stand by my initial post. Ketoacidosis is not a good state to put your body into, and your customer services are still not up to scratch

Dear James, Thank you for the feedback! Although the keto diet is not for everyone, the majority of people, if followed strictly, achieve the desired results. That being said, a diet is a diet and we always encourage our customers to check with their physician first, if they have health concerns. In terms of your subscription, we have checked your account and communication with our support team. Our meal plans are subscription-based which is clearly stated on the 2 places - first, on the final page of the creation process, even before chosing the payment method, and, second, in our Terms & Conditions to which you have agreed upon when filling in your e-mail address. The billing cycle is also stated on the final page. In terms of your specific case, you have paid for it in November last year and got in touch with us for cancellation in the middle of March this year, meaning the refund period has expired a while ago. However, we can confirm the subscription has been canceled, so no further charges will occur. Best Regards, YourKeto Team
