Hello Radomir, Please, note it is stated that the meal plans are subscription-based, first, on the final page of the creation process - before choosing the payment method. Then, in our Terms & Conditions to which you have agreed upon when entering your e-mail address and clicking the little box, implying you have read, understood, and agreed to them. The billing cycle of the chosen period is also stated in the little box when selecting the one you prefer - whether 1, 3, 6 months, etc. In our Terms & Conditions, it is also stated that authorization is needed for the first charge only, and subsequent payments will be withdrawn automatically as long as one likes to keep the subscription active - once the latter has been canceled, the meal plan is active until the end of the paid period - after which it will be deactivated and removed, and no more charges will be made. Dear Madalina, Thank you for the feedback! We have checked our systems and could not locate a request for cancellation back in April 2022. Please, note it is stated that the meal plans are subscription-based, first, on the final page of the creation process - before choosing the payment method. Then, in our Terms & Conditions to which you have agreed upon when entering your e-mail address and clicking the little box, implying you have read, understood, and agreed to them. It seems we have experienced a technical issue in the cancellation from September. We have refunded the charges as advised in the last e-mail from our Support Team. Hello Ida, Our meal plans are subscription-based, the period between the transactions depends on the period you have chosen - it is not a one-time payment. The subscription renews automatically when the time comes. Please, note this is also stated on the payment page before filling in the payment details, and in our Terms & Conditions as well. Please, note all of our portential customers are advised the meal plans are not a one-time payment, but a subscription plan, the period and charge for it depend on the chosen period. This is outlined, first, in the box for the period in question, under billing cycle, second, in a text on the final page of the creation process, and third, in our Terms & Conditions (to which everyone must be agree before finishing the purchase), more specifically and in detail under Section 3.
