Scam!!! I stopped my abo after 3 days because i didn't want to pay for extra months if i forget to cancel and i can't use the app anymore!! I paid for a month en they cancel it from the moment you stop it. Fraud! Stay away from this app !!!

Would give no stars if possible
Would give no stars if possible. No response to any queries on the website. Poor recipes with no method to some, no portion sizes, instructions that don’t make sense, and limited recipes just repeated. Asked for a refund and cancelled my subscription but not holding out much hope after seeing other reviews.

I have emailed this company several…
I have emailed this company several times now as my subscription was cancelled over a year ago and the ££££ still continues to be taken from
My Bank account … I would ask that they please contact me asap as I want to be fully refunded. The bank will not stop the payments they say I have to take it up with Keto but no one responds! The subscription part is well concealed to draw you in .I have had to go through my card company to get a refund after complaining I was misled on the first order .they still took another payment.my card company had to cancel my card to stop this happening again .please be aware

Widzę, że firma w swoich komentarzach odnosi się do rzekome wyraźnie podanej informacji, że wraz z zamówiona dieta decydyjemy się na płatna subskrypcję.niby wszystko jest super hiper i legit, w my się przecież na to zdecydowaliśmy. Słabe chwyty, serio, świetna opcja na szybki zarobek żerując na niewiedzy bądź nieważności klientów.

10-15 Rezepte für Vegetarier
Von den versprochenen 1000 Rezepten bleiben für Vegetarier gerade mal 10 -15 (wenn man Spiegeleier und dgl. mitrechnet) übrig, was ziemlich mager ist und einseitig für ganze 2 Monate. S kann kein Fortschritt und auch sonst keine Einstellungen getrackt werden, bin sehr enttäuscht, hab mir deutlich mehr erwartet.

TE LLAMAN DESDE VARIOS TELÉFONOS (todos ellos comienzan por 617) Y LUEGO NIEGAN QUE TE HAYAN LLAMADO DE KETO Y POR SUPUESTO NO SE ADELGAZA NI 100 GRAMOS. CUIDADO!!!! Me refiero a publicidad en internet utilizando el nombre de una diseñadora famosa y donde te dicen que solo lo puedes comprar por teléfono mediante un consultor, te ponen que cualquier página web es una estafa cuando la estafa son ellos que es solo por teléfono. Repito: no es la dieta keto la estafa, sino LAS CAPSULAS KETO DIET

Keto does work and these people with reviews talking about how much weight they lost aren’t a scam. Now on to the website. Total scam of a company. When you sign up for the first menu there is nothing about a subscription. It’s hidden away in their “terms and conditions” to trap people. Cannot cancel “subscription” on website. They don’t tell you it’s a recurring subscription until you see the charges on your account. STAY AWAY at all cost! TOTAL Fraud of a company preying on people. You have been warned.

Please, note it is stated that the meal plans are subscription-based, first, on the final page of the creation process - before choosing the payment method. Then, in our Terms & Conditions to which you have agreed upon when entering your e-mail address and clicking the little box, implying you have read, understood, and agreed to them.
The billing cycle of the chosen period is also stated in the little box when selecting the one you prefer - whether 1, 3, 6 months, etc.
In our Terms & Conditions, it is also stated that authorization is needed for the first charge only, and subsequent payments will be withdrawn automatically as long as one likes to keep the subscription active - once the latter has been canceled, the meal plan is active until the end of the paid period - after which it will be deactivated and removed, and no more charges will be made.
