Our utility bills have already gone down thanks to Andrew. We have a 5 year old (new) air conditioning system and my husband's home office was always hot even when the rest of the house was freezing. The company that installed the unit came out to try to fix it at least 1/2 dozen times with no success. Andrew was able to solve the problem and lower our monthly bill! He was also very helpful with other filters and appliances around the house while explaining everything to us. I highly recommend Home UpKeep

He inspected and serviced all the appliances, plus areas of my home I never even think about, such as the bathroom exhaust fans, fireplace ash pit, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. I was particularly impressed with how thoroughly Andrew cleaned my dryer vent. In addition to the vent, he actually cleaned the interior of the dryer to remove any lint that could cause a fire or reduce efficiency. I was also impressed how Andrew took the time to explain how the various systems need to be maintained and provided me with a check list of recommended maintenance. Andrew is a true professional and Home UpKeepers provides a great service to help maintain the home in top condition.

I knew I needed this service but I didn’t realize how badly I needed it. I honestly had filters in appliances that I never knew had filters. Everything from the air my family breathes, the water we drink, the dishes we eat off are all cleaned and better. And the smell of the clothes out of our washer and dryers is gone.

Excellent service. Showed up on time. Simplified a complicated process for me. Got the job done in an extremely convenient way. Was excited to do dirty work that I hate doing. I’m busy, so it’s nice to have something important taken care of without having to think or break the bank.
