I found trying to work with this website and company quite difficult. I have sent multiple emails and no one has responded. I have placed an order and it’s been over a week and the order still has not been shipped. No one has reached out to me even though I’ve asked for confirmation of shipping. I find their website very difficult to use as the shipping charges change according to how much you’re ordering or how little you’re ordering and the types of things that you’re ordering which is just weird. I found that they have misrepresented their sales where they state entire site is on sale and then certain products are actually excluded. I’m extremely frustrated as I’m on a time crunch to find some bags for my animals before I fly, I would not recommend working with this company. I now have to go through my credit card company to try to get a refund to purchase elsewhere. What I find particularly strange is you can order this brand through Amazon easily but going direct to the site means that you are penalized by trying to support a smaller business really disappointed, really wanted to love this company.

I ordered a medium, received a small, that was June 20. I am still trying to get the right size. Please advise as to return for the correct size. Thanks

There's a huge delay in shipment and it's impossible to reach a human to discuss the issues. Very bad customer service. I regret the purchase.

Harness size was not true to fit (i measured my cat twice. Both snug and loose and he shouldve been XS but it didnt actually fit) and they have greedy return policy with a $10 shipping fee. Unbelievable.

Truly disappointing. What was advertised wasn't in stock. I was patient and waited. I am the one who had to reach out several times. Nobody made effort to remedy the situation even when I offered to take a partial order. Please treat your customers better.

I am trying to return this product and 2 lots of packaging, umpteen emails, 4 trips to DHL drop offs and 2 sets of return labels I am unable to progress this return. I bought the harness and Tractive bundle. Tractive requires you to subscribe to a contract that was not clear to me. I spent a lot of money for a parcel Sitting in my house waiting for a way to return it internationally…. It comes from the US but in the end it’s coming from China from what I can see. I am not sure if I will ever get my money back. Returns are at customer’s cost.

Ordered a backpack for 200€ due to good reviews by some cat influencers. It said it will be shipped on 1st of July and delivered in a couple of business days after that. I really needed that backpack for travels on 14th of July (so plenty of time). However, by 4th I haven't heard anything, so I sent an email. I got a response that it would be escalated for immediate processing. I guess it's not that immediate as almost a week later still no update. Don't buy from this company if you have a deadline. Edit: After reaching out for the second time, I received my backpack super quickly. Also included a toy for free. The backpack seems nice, will test it on a flight tomorrow and update the review.
