Travel Cat | Your Cat BackpackReviews of yourcatbackpack.com

Easy to put on, my cat shows comfortable. The day Tripper is durable and a great quality product.

We bought a Hawaiian shirt print harness for our cat Hiko and its working well. Got just what we ordered on time as expected. Absolutely satisfied

We had never purchased a harness for our cat before, but we are so happy with our experience with Travel Cat! The size guide was spot on. We ordered a size S for our 7lb domestic medium hair cat and it fit him perfectly. It’s comfortable yet snug and easy to put on him. Plus, the Hawaiian print is so cute and unique! He’s always quite the conversation starter when we take him out in public. We will definitely be purchasing other prints in the future

I'm so surprised to see the reviews saying they haven't had great customer service with the Travel Cat / Your Backpack Team because I have had truly nothing less than extraordinary experiences! They are always super quick to respond and so kind and helpful. My girls (@twintorties) absolutely adore their travel cat fat cat backpack. We take adventures in it all summer long and they play in it when we're staying in and hanging out at home. It's been such a great way to travel with them as well as bring them safely to any appointments or veterinarian visits we have. The quality is superb and we really really love it! Not only are we a huge fan of the backpack and the customer service, but Travel Cat often offers these incredible virtual "hang out" sessions where people who have adventure cats, have cats that aspire to be adventure cats, or even just people who like to talk to pet people in general, can attend. They're so much fun and we have learned SO much through attending these! Travel Cat by no means has to offer such events, as their products truly speak for themselves, but these have introduced us to so many new pet parent friends and have really brought us into a whole new cat community that we are so so grateful for! I HIGHLY recommend following Travel Cat on their socials if you aren't already, as this is such a great way to find out about these, and definitely recommend attending. Everyone is always soooo helpful and kind and it really has empowered me to be a better kitty mama! <3

We have been customers of Travel Cat backpacks for many years. Quite surprised to read all these negative reviews as we have had only positive interactions with the company. We currently own a couple of Fat cat backpacks. They are a great size for our cats who are about 10lbs. There is plenty of room inside, with great ventilation. Our backpacks have traveled with us on hikes, boats, cars, canoes, floats etc. The quality is great as they have withstood some rough handling. As with any product, you need to be mindful or how you use it. The bubble is plastic so obviously if you hit it against something hard, it will crack... our bubble has some scratches from our many travels but is yet to see any major damage. The company is great with exceptional customer service. They are kind, receptive and helpful. We would highly recommend the fat cat backpack. It's is a very safe travel companion of your kitties.

I found Your Cat Backpack after seeing an ad from Jackson Galaxy. I knew he would never steer me wrong and I was right! I initially ordered the fat cat backpack and harness + retractable leash set. It was shipped promptly and I got an email when it shipped and when it was delivered. With training my cat came to love her outdoor time. Now we own a lot of Your Cat Backpack products like the travel litter box, travel food bowls, and the travel bed. We even have some of the other beds that my cats use daily. I've been very pleased with the customer service and anytime I've had a question they have answered quickly and helped me out! I also love that I am supporting a woman owned small business.

I have nothing but positive feedback to give about Your Cat Backpack by Travel Cat! I was struggling with finding a comfortable and secure harness for my cat and had tried several bought online and from pet stores, when I came across this company. I ordered "The True Adventurer" harness which had all of the things I was looking for; snug but comfortable fit, adjustable and a reflective strip. The sizing guide is really helpful - get down past all the floof! We've been out on several adventures since, and this is the only harness we've used where I can honestly say that I am not afraid of my girl slipping out, which results in really enjoyable and worry-free adventures for the both of us! There was a manufacturing defect with the leash that came with the harness, where the metal pin was slightly too small and slipped through the opening, but I reached out to customer support and received a more than satisfactory response. In any case, we use a retractable leash on our adventures so this wasn't an issue for us. All of the other products I have from them have been checked and are in perfect condition. Since then, I've also purchased "The Fat Cat" backpack for longer adventures and those that are further from home. The size is just perfect for my girl - she has room to turn around and can curl up comfortably when looking out of the bubble. It also has a clip on and bungee to attach to her harness, which is perfect for her to safely pop out and look around from the top opening of the backpack when we walk/drive around. Though my main concern is the safety and comfort of my cat, an added bonus is that the backpack is comfortable for me to carry around too! The customer service is also fantastic. Quick responses and it is clear that they care about each and every customer, taking the time to provide helpful and individual responses (no templates!). I’ve recently ordered more travel gear – "The Meowbile Home" Bed / Cave, "The Reward Ready" Treat Pouch, "The Travel Buddy" Food & Water Dish, and "The Porta-Pawty" Travel Litter Box. Really can’t wait for this order to arrive! I’d highly recommend Your Cat Backpack by Travel Cat – from what I’ve seen and tried, this is the best all-in-one company for all travel, adventure, and really all kinds of cats!

I highly recommend Your Cat Backpack by Travel Cat for all your adventure cat needs! I have used "The True Adventurer" reflective cat and kitten harness and "The Fat Cat" cat backpack for over a year now. Travel Cat offers a sizing chart that is very helpful and accurate. The harness is virtually escape proof, and the reflective light is great for evening and nighttime adventures! The fat cat backpack is the ultimate backpack! I have carried THREE cats (a one-year-old cat and two 8-month old kittens) in the backpack through TSA and on an airplane with no accidents. This backpack is my cat's safe space whenever we're out. He even hangs out in it around our apartment. The backpack has great ventilation and is equipped with a clip and bungee to attach the harness. There's an interchangeable screen and bubble window, and the top of backpack fully unzips. You can set the backpack vertically or horizontally for your cat. The customer service is amazing! I emailed the company when the strap to my fat cat backpack snapped after a mishap, and they replaced the backpack for me at no additional charge. The turnaround time was very quick too. I really have this company to thank for encouraging my outdoor adventures with my cats.
