yourbookstop is scamming us
I had a very disappointing experience with yourbookstop. The books I received appeared to be of very poor quality with questionable printing and packaging. which raises serious doubts about their authenticity. Their contact number is not working, they didn't replied to my emails. I did some research about them, I strongly urge caution before purchasing from this website. They are scammers, sitting somewhere outside USA. They just stole my 9500.

This website is a Scam
I had a disappointing experience with this website. I ordered two books but received only one, which appeared to be an older edition. The print quality was poor, with noticeable misprints, raising concerns about authenticity. I attempted to reach their customer service, but the phone number provided didn’t connect. The website appears to be operated from India, and some of the listed business details may not be accurate. Based on my experience, I would advise caution before placing an order.

Do Not Order from this company!!!!
I ordered a book 5/4/25 and have yet to receive the book that I need for class. The website claims 7-10 days. Here we are 6/15/25 and no book. I have made several attempts to communicate with no luck. I do not recommend this company to anyone. This company appears to be fraudulent!!

Poor customer service.
Be careful when ordering from this store. I purchased 10 books, which arrived in poor condition. When I tried to return them, they first offered me a discount and to keep the books, which I refused because they were in poor condition. When I refused, they told me they would do a more detailed review and asked for more evidence, justifying that shipping was expensive (which is their problem). Once I sent the evidence, they told me they would supposedly send me the refund in 2-3 business days. It's been over 2 months, and my refund never arrived, and they just made it easy for them to stop responding to emails! Think carefully before buying.

SCAM
SCAM! I ordered a book May 13th and still haven't received it. No communication from the company on my order.I never received a confirmation email or anything but they charged my card.

No refund for out of stock book
I placed and order for a book and my credit card was charged. After a few weeks with no contact or shipping updates I sent them an e-mail. They stated the book was out of stock and will be refunding me what I paid. It has been over a month and have not received a refund nor a response to my follow up e-mails as to where my refund is.

Took over a month to get a book that…
Took over a month to get a book that said would be delivered in a week. Put my business at a stand still. Wouldn’t recommend. Won’t be buying from them again

Do not use this company
Do not use this company. I needed a text for a 8 week summer class and I ordered on May 18th, paid for “lightening fast” delivery and here it is May 22nd and it is delayed in India somewhere. I now have to purchase this text from a more reputable company so I can have it for my assignments. Update: Your response from today is 9 months after my purchase. However, I did EVENTUALLY receive text, weeks after my review and long after my class began. I had already purchased from someone else so I could have them for my class.
