Received a damaged Demon Slayer box set and have been sent through endless loops of foolishness from customer service. Their phone number on the website doesn’t even get you through to anyone. Do NOT expect a refund if they send your order damaged. Complete and total scam. Edit. August 22: Nice try. I go by two names. Order ID: #110160. It’s a complete Demon Slayer box set that you sent to me in shambles. That I contacted you about a month ago. Shit looks genuinely terrible. Don’t ever accuse me of lying just because your customer service team can’t resolve a damaged box set within the span of a month☺️ I’ll be happy to include pictures of it for the public to see, if you really want me to! I was trying to be polite and not show the masses what a truly shitty company y’all are.

I placed an order on 1/7/25 and received the books around 1/10. They arrived from India which made me question the authenticity of the books. Upon further research, I learned that the books were likely counterfeit because of the subpar binding, lack of glossy pages, and lack of security features such as foil logos. I reached out to Your Book Stop since their web site return policy stated that I could return the books within 15 days of receipt. Instead of issuing a return label, the company pressured me to keep the books, saying that the return process is lengthy and costly. They offered a 20% discount. I declined and asked for the address where I should ship the return. They gave me an address in Propect Heights, IL so I sent the books there on 1/25 at my own expense. Your Book Stop never picked up the books from the address they told me to send them to! After repeated emails telling them to pick up the books (now at the Prospect Heights post office hold area) and issue my refund, they stopped responding altogether. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company, which was successful. The company never ended up responding and finally, in early July, the post office returned the counterfeit books to me because no one ever picked them up and the return label indicates the property is VACANT! They had me ship the books to a vacant address. Totally a scam.

Placed an order over a month ago and still haven't received a thing, No tracking info, no response to my emails. This site a scam.

The book looked nothing like the original. Fonts were off, cover was blurry, and the pages were thin. Definitely not a genuine copy. Avoid!

They gave me a PO box in Illinois for returns. Now the package came back undeliverable even though I followed their instructions exactly.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! these books came from India, the books i ordered should have been manufactured & printed in USA, they are counterfeit books and mass producing counterfeit items! It was a very long process to return these books, but when i was finally able to get confirmation of return address, and confirmation of delivery, the company would not refund my money, i had to file a claim with my credit card company to get a refund even though i had proof of delivery. NOW, 5 months later the books get returned to me labeled "return to sender/address undeliverable"! now i have to file a claim and dispute the return shipping charge, when this company provided the exact address to return to, which was not even India, it was a PO box in Illinois.
