Do not buy! Fraud! Will not refund!
Do not buy from here! The books arrived damaged (look used). The company is in the united states but the books shipped from India and return shipping (which the buyer is responsible for) is hundreds of dollars back to India. They wouldn’t even accept a return because of damages. The books were definitely shipped in used condition even though I ordered them new. I had to dispute their charge with my credit card company. The company seems fradulant! The info on their website can’t be confirmed and they will not refund your money. I ordered a total of $792.50 worth of new books from them. They were all scratched up, bent, printing was spotty, some were bent, and some identification numbers didn't match the listing. The company only admitted to possible printing error but wouldn't admit to sending used books as new even though photos were provided. UPDATE: I won my dispute case with the credit card company because I provided evidence these books were not new or as described.

No stars deserved
If I could give no stars I would. This joke of a company would not refund my purchase that was ordered on 8/16 and told would be delivered on 8/21. Delivery is now scheduled for 9/2. I tried to cancel my order and was told I could not because there was nothing wrong with product. Do NOT shop here!!

His book is not a genuine copy
His book is not a genuine copy. The fonts looked wrong, the cover was faded, and the pages were thin and cheaply made. Very disappointed with the quality—avoid purchasing from this seller.

As stated in my previous
As stated in my previous post…no book. I did reach out by email as instructed on merchant’s response to my previous post. Their response…”SOrry we cannot find your order. Please verify email.” I am emailing them from the email on the order as I have no other emails. So much for helping my son obtain this book. I even included a screenshot of the transaction which lists all the order details. I truly think the positive reviews are fake.

I ordered a National Electrical Code
I ordered a National Electrical Code book from this company, which was supposed to ship within 2-3 days. After a week with no updates, I tried calling the listed number in Wyoming, only to find it was disconnected. I then emailed them and received a vague response saying the book was “on the way,” but no tracking number was provided.A few days later, I requested a full refund, and they finally sent me a tracking number. Upon checking it, I discovered the book was stuck in India — not even close to being shipped to me. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. DO NOT waste your time or money here!

They list a U.S
They list a U.S. address on their website, but it’s clearly fake — the operation is based overseas. Do not waste your time or money. I strongly recommend avoiding this site and purchasing from a reputable source instead.

The book looked nothing like the original. Fronts were off, cover were blurry, and pages were thin. Definitely not a genuine copy. Avoid!
