No book, no tracking number.
No book arrived! No tracking number as your web site indicated. I used two numbers provided by Shuza Anwer who was the only reciept I was given.

It was a counterfeit exam prep book
It was a counterfeit exam prep book, with no access to the free online exams. I thought I was blessed to get it online, but it was actually a fake. I have requested a refund here and opened a fraudulent claim through PayPal. Seller has yet to agree, but I remain patient. I purchased the authentic through Amazon.

Worst customer service experience ever
Worst customer service experience ever. Have been trying to teturn a book for 3 months but cant get anyone to help and send a label.
