I received the wrong book and I am unable to reach anyone to help me with this order. The book I received also had a powder/sand like substance on the entire book.

Don’t spend money here! This company keeps asking for my feedback but they never sent me confirmation of the order, never sent my book I paid for and never responds to correspondence. I put 1 star simply to be able to post this. I had to file a dispute to get my money refunded.

Book was like 2 weeks late and I paid for faster shipping. Sad

I had a pretty disappointing experience with YourBooksify. The website UI was not very user-friendly, and I also had issues with the delivery of my order. When I tried reaching out with questions, getting proper support was difficult. Overall, the experience was frustrating and not what I expected.

Ik ben zo teleurgesteld! Ik had zo veel hoop op die nieuwe thriller, maar ze hebben alleen maar één exemplaar in voorraad. Nu moet ik wachten tot het volgende exemplaar binnenkomt. Dat is zo frustrerend. Ik had er zoveel zin in om meteen te beginnen! Misschien is het beter om even te wachten, maar ik voel me zo ongeduldig. Hopelijk komt het snel terug op voorraad. Ik ben zo teleurgesteld, maar ik ga wel even geduld hebben.

There is no number to call, I have tried to reach out by email and received one response " [10:40] booksify: We are really sorry for the late response. We will update you asap. Thank you" I never received an update. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
