Customer service is bad. I inquired about my order, and they took several days to respond with a confusing answer

Received my books in terrible condition. Pages were torn and covers were damaged. The tracking link was practically useless, barely updating and leaving me clueless about the delivery status. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience.

I ordered the book for a college class on July 26. I never got a tracking number, so about a week later I reached out to see why. I was then told that the book was out of stock. I told them that I need the book for the class and would not have ordered it from them if it was not showing in stock. they assured me that I would get the book within 7 to 10 days and now they are saying that I will get a tracking number. I had no choice except to turn it over to Paypal and request a refund. I am very unsatisfied with the service that I have received. I still have no book and the payment has already been made.

Didn’t get a tracking number when orders my book not sure when it will arrive ordered August 2 2025 Update: contacted the seller, seller said I would get a tracking number in 48hours never got a tracking number, so after making a dispute with PayPal took the seller 1 week to get me a tracking number. Took 19 days from ordered date August 2 2025 to get my book delivered. Received book August 22 2025 even though website says 6 to 8 days. Website says book is new condition ended up getting a used book.

I received counterfeit books with rough looking pages from yourbooksify. Stay away to not be scam.

I always fooled when buy books, i don't know why. This time i lost $100, pages ate by rats i think and rest pages quality was poor.

All books which i ordered last month were counterfeit and there were so many errors in the book.

I purchased a book for my daughter. After about a week I reached out to find out an update on delivery and was told the book was out of stock and I would get a refund. I have sent multiple messages asking about my refund and I have heard nothing and have not received a refund and it have been over a week.
